    We discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. Virtual or in-home — your choice. No obligation.

  2. 02

    Measurement & Planning

    2–3 hours

    Our designer visits your home, takes precise measurements, and documents existing conditions, utilities, and constraints.

  3. 03

    3D Design Presentation

    48 hours

    Photorealistic 3D renderings of your kitchen with material samples and hardware options. Revisions included.

  4. 04

    Material & Hardware Selection

    1–2 weeks

    Choose cabinet fronts, countertops, backsplash, and hardware. We provide itemized pricing for every selection.

  5. 05

    Production & Delivery

    6–12 weeks

    Your kitchen is manufactured in Europe to exact specifications. We coordinate delivery and building access.

  6. 06

    Professional Installation

    3–6 days

    Certified installers assemble and install your kitchen. Final walkthrough and warranty registration included.

Process FAQ

How long does the entire process take?

From initial consultation to completed installation, most projects take 10–16 weeks. German kitchens tend toward the shorter end (10–14 weeks); Italian projects with custom finishes may take 12–16 weeks.

Do I need to be home during installation?

You don't need to be home every day, but we recommend being available for the first and last days. Our project manager provides daily updates and handles building coordination.

Can I use my kitchen during the renovation?

The kitchen will be fully out of service during installation (3–6 days). We recommend setting up a temporary kitchenette in another room. We can suggest local appliance rental if needed.

What if my co-op board requires changes?

We prepare complete alteration packages for NYC co-ops and condos. If the board requests modifications, we revise the 3D design at no additional design fee.
